Standup Comedy Class at Arcade Comedy Theater with Aaron Kleiber

STAND-UP COMEDY CLASS at ARCADE COMEDY THEATER!
Starts Tuesday, October 15th, 7-9pm, 8 weeks.
"This stand-up class will provide you with lots of ideas, exercises and techniques to help develop your writing, performing and critique of your own unique stage performance. Not everyone is a ‘Late Show’ jokester, not every one is a loud, charismatic performer, some of you are story tellers – we’ll find out what best suits you on stage and in your writing process. You won’t learn how to write jokes for your cousin’s wedding, be the life of the party or make business presentations hilarious – but we can discover how YOU can be funny on stage and create a stand-up performance from your own personality and experiences, whether you’re pursuing stand-up comedy as a hobby or as a career."

Taught by Aaron Kleiber

You may know Aaron Kleiber from his hilarious local commercials for the Pittsburgh Power, Pennslyvania Lottery & Highmark - he also was named "Best Local Comedian" by Pittsburgh Magazine in 2012 and 2013. In July 2013, Aaron made his stand-up national television debut on "Gotham Comedy Live" with host Jim Breuer - sharing the hour with Mitch Fatel, Ashley Austin-Morris & Dean Edwards.
Kleiber has been a requested feature performer for Bob Saget (“Full House”), Jim Breuer (“Saturday Night Live”), Ralphie May, Bert Kreischer (Travel Channel’s “Bert the Conquerer”), John Witherspoon, Josh Blue (winner of “Last Comic Standing”), Pablo Francisco (“MADtv”), Tommy Davidson (In Living Color), Bret Ernst (Comedy Central) and Steve-O (MTV’s “Jackass”). He’s also had the privilege to open for Billy Gardell (“Mike and Molly”), Tom Green (MTV), Bobcat Goldthwait - and one of his comedy idols, Sinbad.
Aaron has also been seen in national commercials and featured on the big screen for major studios like 20th Century Fox and Lionsgate - co-starring in
Help Me, Help You opposite Sabrina Byran (Cheetah Girls, Dancing with the Stars), with Steve Gutenberg (Police Academy) and Richard Kind (Spin City). He was also featured in the original series, The Mercury Men, seen at San Deigo Comic Con and on the SYFY Channel. Aaron recently finished shooting a guest starring role for the Nickelodeon show, Supah Ninjas.
