Obama finally gave up trying to negotiate with the right-wing clowns in congress. He submitted a budget he knew they would hate. Why not? When he submitted past budgets with all kinds of concessions to the GOP they just kept raising the bar. The republicans on the hill are only concerned with getting rid of Obama, whatever the cost. This is not leadership, this is a partisan circus.
