On tap this week, we have pure British rage versus a lifetime of New York street smarts. These two combatants are both award-winning chefs and best-selling authors. It seems to me that they would have quite a bit in common, however, neither fighter has ever crossed the other's path. At least, not in public.

I can imagine strange, opulent dining rooms where the big dogs of the culinary television world all sit down to dinner, like some strange foodie Illuminati; plotting... planning... telling us what we're going to like before we even know that it exists. I can see these two being a part of that cadre of culinary misanthropes. They are both heroes to many, but like cats and dogs, you're usually one or the other.

If there were such a conspiratorial foodie gathering, though they may be similar in many ways, I could see these two being the first to throw down in an actual fist fight, which is what has apparently brought them to the squared circle of the Hollywood Underground Deathmatch Society.

Both have seen the world. Both have eaten, cooked, and lived under the best and worst of circumstances. Only one can survive in the ring.

It's the the Kitchen Nightmare vs. the Man with No Reservations.

That’s right… it’s time for Bourdain vs. Ramsay.

Without any ado, I pose the question:
