Mayor Luke Ravenstahl's AWOL status during important events and weather emergencies was the subject of an article in last Sunday's Post-Gazette. Luke disappears. Speculation and questions arise. Then, when he finally gets back he is angry and petulant that people are questioning his whereabouts. The whole thing feels like a child's game.
