Well, it is official. The Pirates just added another losing season to a record-breaking streak of losing seasons. They have now clocked in with 19 losing seasons in a row. I think we can stop with 19, right?

In two recent GOP debates the subject of death was met with cheers from the audience. First, at the Reagan Library debate, Texas Governor Rick Perry was talking about the hundreds of death row inmates put to death under his tenure. The crowd cheered. Then, last week at the Tea Party debate, Ron Paul was asked if he we should let uninsured patients die. The crowd cheered and at least one person yelled "yes." Is anyone else bothered by this?
