According to the P-G's Don Hopey, Governor Tom Corbett and his administration are "de-emphasizing renewable energy and energy conservation, eliminating programs created by previous Democratic and Republican administrations as it focuses on natural gas energy from booming Marcellus Shale." Corbett needs to learn that while Marcellus Shale drilling may be the present, Green Jobs are the future.
Environmentalism shouldn't be partisan, but it seems to be in Pennsylvania.

Sadly, this cartoon ran in the paper this morning, the same morning Tim Pawlenty pulled out of the 2012 GOP presidential race. During last week's Iowa debate (prior Saturday's straw Poll) T-Paw went after Bachmann like a man on a mission. Why the heck didn't he check with me first? If I had known on Friday he was going to bail I could've changed the caption to read, "There is no way to compete with that kind of crazy!"
